I’m Now an ICF Certified Coach—What That Means for You

A New Milestone in My Coaching Journey

Stepping away from a career you’ve spent over a decade building is no small decision. When I left executive recruitment—a field I owe a lot to—I wasn’t entirely sure what was next. What I did know was that my priorities had shifted, and I wanted to work in a way that truly aligned with where I am today.

That’s when I turned to coaching—not just as a career path, but as a personal journey. I experienced firsthand the power of coaching in gaining clarity, overcoming limiting beliefs, and making confident career decisions. It didn’t just help me find my next step; it made me realize I wanted to give this experience back to others.

Today, I’m incredibly proud to share that I have officially earned my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential! 🎉

But what does that actually mean? And more importantly—what does it mean for you?

What Is the ICF and Why Does It Matter?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the gold standard in professional coaching. It’s the leading global organization dedicated to ensuring that coaching is ethical, effective, and impactful.

Unlike unregulated coaching programs, ICF-certified coaches must meet rigorous standards, including:

60+ hours of coach-specific training
10 hours of mentor coaching with an experienced ICF-certified coach
100+ hours of hands-on coaching experience
A rigorous exam to assess coaching competency

This means that an ICF-certified coach isn’t just someone who calls themselves a coach—they’ve been trained, tested, and mentored to ensure they can create real transformation for their clients.

What Does This Mean for My Clients?

Earning my ICF ACC certification isn’t just a personal achievement—it’s a commitment to coaching at the highest standard so that I can serve my clients in the best way possible.

Here’s what this means for you if you work with me:

🔹 A Professional & Structured Approach – You get a thought-provoking and goal-oriented coaching process backed by industry-leading methodologies.

🔹 Deep Listening & Powerful Questions – ICF coaching isn’t about giving advice; it’s about helping you uncover your own answers through meaningful conversations.

🔹 Accountability & Growth – Coaching isn’t just about reflection; it’s about action. I help my clients take real, tangible steps toward their goals.

🔹 Confidentiality & Ethical Standards – As an ICF coach, I adhere to a strict code of ethics that ensures a safe, judgment-free space for your growth.

🔹 Proven Tools & Strategies – Through ICF-accredited training, I use frameworks that help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and navigate career transitions effectively.
